When it comes to the interior design of a bank headquarters, more than just aesthetics matter. The right interior design decisions can have a significant impact on corporate image and employee comfort. For this reason, banks need a well-planned interior design that reflects their values of professionalism, reliability, and stability. Isbank has always been an institution that stands out with its banking vision and innovative work in the sector. Its choices in the renovation project of the headquarters building reflect these values in the best possible way. This week, we take a closer look at the Isbank Towers and their interior renovations.

The Isbank Towers complex consists of three separate towers and serves as the headquarters for the Isbank organization. Prior to 2011, it held the title of being the tallest structure in Turkey. The highest tower in the complex has 52 floors and is located in Levent, which is widely known as the hub for business enterprises.

Isbank remains one of the most respected and prestigious banks in Turkey. However, its headquarters building, which has been in use for many years, required a renovation project. To accomplish this, experts from different fields worked together. The architectural department of Isbank Construction and Real Estate Management Department designed the interior project, SISTEMA served as the prime contractor, and ASPEN interior solution systems provided its innovative and modern products.

The interior design of the project features eye-catching details and system solutions, creating an inviting atmosphere in a visually and functionally attractive area. The remarkable project utilizes various texture and color designs to bring employee comfort to the next level. It's crucial to pay attention to every detail when designing the interior of a headquarters building project.

The project paid close attention to the design integrity of the working areas. This was achieved by using appropriate lighting and ceiling systems, which had a significant impact on the productivity and energy of employees in the field. A well-lit space enables employees to focus on their tasks throughout the day, while encouraging creativity and cooperation among team members. The Isbank Towers project effectively used the INTEGRA and SEPIA ceiling systems, which facilitated the installation of lighting tools and acoustic panel products with the right details. ASPEN systems provided interior design integrity.

The mural features a question, "NASIL?" which means "HOW?" in Turkish, and playfully draws attention to the process of work carried out at Isbank Towers. The mural includes SEPIA Baffle, made of MDF-Lam material, which adds warmth to the space with its nature-inspired texture. The wood texture creates a peaceful atmosphere for employees who spend time in this area away from nature. Each surface, reminiscent of nature, strengthens the relationship between employees and the workplace.

Uninterrupted ceilings in high-rise buildings can often appear crowded and tiresome to the eye. In such buildings, installation pipes often pass through the ceiling and distort the perception of the interior. The Isbank Towers project addressed this issue by using the INTEGRA Expanded Hook-on Plank to camouflage the plumbing appearance. The result was a stylish and modern ceiling that concealed the installation pipes and ensured even light distribution. This solution was chosen for the bar area of the project, creating an enjoyable space for employees and visitors alike.

The interior solutions preferred in headquarters buildings are not only effective in displaying the identity of brands, but also in providing comfortable workspaces that inspire employee productivity. When an organization creates a work environment that makes its employees feel valued and supported, it creates an opportunity for them to produce valuable work at the end of the day.
