It caused the formation of Women's Day by Exactly 54 years after the breaking point on March 8, 1857. The strike launched for better working conditions killed 129 women in a textile factory in America. However, women are a part of society, they are as successful as men in business life and they have all the skills needed to advance in their careers. Therefore, women's roles in business life are significant and necessary opportunities should be given. However, it is sad that there are current problems in the recruitment, promotion processes, and salary equality of women in many areas today.

For this reason, in a male-dominated field such as the construction sector, we keep our current female employment rate at a high level and make a difference with our female-employee ratio. We make up 23% of our employees, surpassing the 0.9% percentage in Turkey's Women's Employment and Entrepreneurship Report.

First of all, women are more organized, disciplined, creative, and can think solution-oriented. These features enable women to be more effective and productive in business life. Firms should take steps to increase the employment rate to give the necessary importance to the female workforce. They should offer various opportunities to benefit from the talents of female employees. It should create opportunities such as mentoring programs, education and training opportunities, career development programs, and flexible working hours to support the advancement of employees in their careers.
