ASPEN Art Community took art enthusiasts on an unforgettable journey through Istanbul’s vibrant 2025 autumn art calendar. The program featured a series of exclusive gatherings within the city’s leading cultural events Contemporary Istanbul, the Istanbul Biennial, the Akbank Jazz Festival, and the İKSV Theatre Festival offering participants unique and immersive artistic experiences.
The series began with the 20th edition of Contemporary Istanbul, guided by Prof. Marcus Graf. Participants explored the evolving directions of contemporary art within the impressive atmosphere of Tersane Istanbul, where the event concluded with a delightful cocktail reception that transformed the evening into an inspiring artistic meeting.
In October, the Istanbul Biennial tours invited participants to explore the biennial’s multilayered universe through the Beyoğlu and Karaköy routes, specially curated and guided by İKSV. Along these paths where art spilled into the streets, participants experienced the stories behind each artwork in their authentic urban context.
As part of the Akbank Jazz Festival, world-renowned artist Eliane Elias took the stage at Zorlu PSM, bringing the rhythm of jazz to life. This special evening where music met the spirit of the city offered ASPEN Art Community members an inspiring and uplifting experience.
Finally, during the İKSV Theatre Festival, the performance of Scapino Ballet brought the creativity and energy of contemporary dance to the stage. Participants engaged with diverse artistic disciplines in this exclusive event that opened the doors to the festival’s behind the scenes world.
